I know that it can be a real struggle to lose the excess weight that you have are carrying around right now. I know from experience (this was before reading the paleo cookbook) that losing weight is a struggle that most people just do not know how to cope with.
When I was struggling with my weight and general lack of health I was trying all kinds of different diets. But the problem was that even though some of them would work, it would only be for a short while. Often I would put the weight back on because starving myself would result in me just craving all the wrongs foods.
But then I came across the paleo diet method of eating. Some may call it a diet but I would consider it a way of life. I can truly say from personal experience that eating paleo foods based on the paleo diet cookbook has resulted me to lose all the excess weight and be in the best shape that I have ever been in.
The change has been spectacular and has meant that I am always full of energy. I can have six hours of sleep a night and still be up in the morning ready and fresh. No longer do I need my morning coffee to keep me going, its amazing and something that is truly phenomenal.
There are so many different, delicious paleo food recipes on the paleo diet menu that one would really wonder how on earth they have been eating crap all their lives. The paleo diet cookbook is full of great paleo diet recipe that I have enjoyed. My favourite has to be the Chicken and Egg Salad with Almond Satay Sauce :)
Every single morning I wake up to a delicious paleo diet breakfast that makes my mouth water. I then go about tackling the rest of my day full of energy. The paleo recipe book, has given me amazing paleo diet results!
Whereas with other fad diets I have always felt hungry throughout the day, or really craving sugary junk foods, it has been completely different with the paleo cookbooks. There literally is not limit to how much you can eat, you just eat until you are full. Simple but very effective. You must be eating healthy to lose weight, and the paleo cookbook by Nikki Young has really helped me to achieve that.
