Who am I?
Hey I'm Lucy Fausta Winters,
I started my weight loss journey well over five years ago, and have been on the paleo diet for well over 3 years. Since the paleo cookbooks my weight loss has been effortless, and has resulted in me losing well over 40 pounds of excess weight.
I'm not one to brag with huge weight loss figures and I'm not exactly a super model anyway but since then, I've been fortunate enough to be able to lead a healthy life thanks to the paleo cookbooks.
